医学院校卫生管理专业法律课程设置情况调查研究

Investigation and research on the legal curriculums of health management specialties in medical colleges

熟悉国家卫生管理工作方针、政策和法规,能够依法处理工作中的法律问题,是卫生管理人才培养的最基本知识和能力要求。本文以东北三省(辽宁、吉林、黑龙江)10所医学院校的卫生管理专业作为研究对象,调查其法律课程的设置情况,分析其存在问题并提出改进建议,以期提高卫生管理人才的法律素养。

It＇s the basic knowledge and requirements of health management talents to familiar with national health management policies and regulations,and be able to deal with the legal issues in accordance with the law.This paper took health management specialties in 10 medical colleges of the northeast provinces（Liaoning,Jilin,Heilongjiang）as its subject.In order to enhance the legal quality of the health management talents,authors investigated the curriculum of their law courses and analyzed the problems and then put forward some suggestions.
