以徐州市为例谈卫生行政审批实施中存在的问题及对策

行政审批的依法高效实施,是行政审批制度改革的重要组成部分。徐州市在实施卫生行政审批过程中,通过完善制度、优化流程、充分放权,促进保障了各项工作的顺利开展。但在实施过程中,也存在认识不到位、配套制度不完备等问题。建议提高对审批制度改革的认识,不断完善制度,创新服务模式,强化事中事后监管责任,切实发挥行政审批的应有之义。

Effectively implementing administrative examination and approval on the basis of law is an important part of the reform of administrative examination and approval system.In the implementation of health administrative examination and approval in Xuzhou,the government successfully complemented all work by system perfection,process optimization and full decentralization.However,issues still exists in the implementation such as lack of awareness and imperfection of the related laws.To give full play to the function of administrative examination and approval,some proposals can be put forward such as improving the understanding of the reform of administrative examination and approval,perfecting the system,innovating service model and strengthening supervision in the act and afterwards.
