江南与华北传统麦作技术的比较分析——以民国时期为中心的探讨

Comparative Analysis of Traditional Technique of Wheat Planting between South and North China——Taking the Period of the Republic of China as the Center of Discussion

传统时期江南与华北分别形成了不同的大田麦作技术体系,在麦作品种、土壤耕作、灌溉施肥、中耕管理、收获等工作环节上均有很大不同,甚或呈一种完全相反的态势。这一点在地墒的处理上又表现得最为明显,即江南在泄水,而华北则是保水。而之所以如此,与两地不同的自然地理环境及社会经济条件直接相关,其中又尤以自然环境的影响最为明显。

During the traditional period, South and North China formed different technical systems of field wheat planting respectively, and the work processes in wheat varieties selec- tion, soil tillage, irrigation, fertilization and harvest are very different, even in a completely opposite trend. The difference is especially obvious in the processing of land quantity and soil moisture, due to the natural geographical environment and social and economic condition, and the natural environment influence is most obvious.
