摘要
山口水电站按照行业规程及电网的要求,对机组一次调频功能存在的问题进行核查,并针对问题进行了优化与改进,达到了规程和电网的要求,使山口水电站在西北电网两个细则考核中一次调频免受考核。
The problems of unit primary frequency regulation function is checked according to the industry regulations and requirements of power grid in Shankou Hydropower Station. The problems are optimized and impruved to reach the regulations and requirements of power grid. Therefore, the primary frequency regulation of Shankou Hydropower Station in two detail assessments of Northwest Power Grid is free from assessment.
