右美托咪定复合七氟烷吸入麻醉在颅内动脉瘤介入栓塞术中的麻醉效果

Anesthetic effect by dexmedetomidine combined with sevoflurane through inhalation anesthesia in interventional embolization for intracranial aneurysm

摘要 目的探讨右美托咪定复合七氟烷吸入麻醉在颅内动脉瘤介入栓塞术中的麻醉效果。方法 110例行颅内动脉瘤栓塞术的患者,随机分为对照组与实验组,各55例。对照组采用常规麻醉方法 ,实验组采用右美托咪定复合七氟烷吸入麻醉。对比两组的麻醉效果。结果两组麻醉效果比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),实验组苏醒后不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论右美托咪定复合七氟烷吸入麻醉在颅内动脉瘤介入栓塞术中更加安全可靠,值得临床推广应用。 ObjectiveTo investigate anesthetic effect by dexmedetomidine combined with sevoflurane through inhalation anesthesia in interventional embolization for intracranial aneurysm.MethodsA total of 110 patients receiving interventional embolization for intracranial aneurysm were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, with 55 cases in each group. The control group received conventional anesthesia method, and the experimental group received dexmedetomidine combined with sevoflurane by inhalation anesthesia. Anesthetic effects of the two groups were compared.ResultsThere was no statistically significant difference of anesthetic effects between the two groups (P〉0.05). The experimental group had lower incidence of adverse reactions after wake-up than the control group (P〈0.05).ConclusionCombination of dexmedetomidine and sevoflurane through inhalation anesthesia provides creditable and safe effect in interventional embolization for intracranial aneurysm, and this method is worth clinical promotion and application.
