中西医结合治疗无排卵型子宫功能性出血的临床研究

Clinical research of integrated Chinese and Western medicines in the treatment of anovulatory dysfunctional uterine bleedin

目的探讨中西医结合治疗无排卵型子宫功能性出血的临床疗效。方法 145例无排卵型子宫功能性出血患者,依就诊先后顺序分为西医组(36例)、中医组(36例)和中西医结合组(73例),均进行相应的治疗,对三组临床疗效进行比较分析。结果西医组、中医组、中西医结合组总有效率分别为75.00%、86.11%、98.63%,中西医结合组临床疗效优于其他两组(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗临床疗效优于单纯西医及中医治疗,效果显著,值得推广应用。

ObjectiveTo investigate clinical effect by integrated Chinese and Western medicines in the treatment of anovulatory dysfunctional uterine bleeding.MethodsA total of 145 patients with anovulatory dysfunctional uterine bleeding were divided by admission order into Western medicine group （36 cases）, traditional Chinese medicine group （36 cases）, and integrated Chinese and Western medicines group （73 cases）. Curative effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed.ResultsTotal effective rates of Western medicine group, traditional Chinese medicine group and integrated Chinese and Western medicines group were 75.00%, 86.11% and 98.63%. Integrated Chinese and Western medicines group showed better clinical effect than the other two groups （P〈0.05）.ConclusionIntegrated Chinese and Western medicines provides better clinical effect than single Western medicine or Chinese medicine. This method shows precise effect, and it is worth promoting and applying.
