48例ERCP术前应用屈他维林研究

Research of drotaverine applied before 48 ERCP case

目的比较内窥镜逆行胰胆管造影术(ERCP)术前应用盐酸屈他维林抑制十二指肠蠕动的效果,探究ERCP术前用药的有效性和安全性。方法 48例接受ERCP治疗患者,随机分成实验组和对照组,各24例。对照组术前常规治疗,实验组在对照组基础上术前30 min给予口服盐酸屈他维林40 mg,观察两组十二指肠收缩评分、插管成功率。结果全部患者完成试验,两组平均十二指肠收缩评分、平均操作时间及平均插管时间比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论术前口服盐酸屈他维林在ERCP术中有较好的解痉效果,能减少插管时间及操作时间,可考虑作为术前常规用药选择。

ObjectiveTo compare effect by drotaverine hydrochloride before endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography （ERCP） in suppression of duodenal motility, and to investigate effectiveness and safety of drug application before ERCP.MethodsA total of 48 patients receiving ERCP were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 34 cases in each group. The contrd group received conventional therapy. The experimental group received additional 40 mg drotaverine hydrochloride in 30 min. Observation was made on duodenal motility score and intubation success rate.ResultsAll patients received successful operation, and the difference of average duodenal motility score, average operation time and intubation time had statistical significance （P〈0.05）.ConclusionOral administration of drotaverine hydrochloride before ERCP shows good spasmolysis effect and reduces intubation and operation time. It can be taken as common drug before operation.
