五项酶联合检测在需氧菌性阴道炎患者中的应用分析 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨分析五项酶联合检测在需氧菌性阴道炎(AV)患者中的应用效果。方法 180例确诊为AV患者,随机分成观察组和对照组,各90例。对两组患者的阴道分泌物标本进行检测,对照组采用传统方法诊断,观察组采用五项酶联合检测。观察两种诊断方法的诊断阳性率。结果对照组诊断阳性率为91.1%,观察组为94.4%,两组诊断阳性率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论五项酶联合检测与传统方法检测AV的诊断阳性率无显著性差异,可广泛推广。
