根据塔式直流炉热力系统特点,结合淮北某新建电厂660 MW超超临界塔式直流炉实际情况,对机组包括凝结水系统、给水系统、低温省煤器、中温省煤器、高温省煤器、水冷壁、启动系统、过热器在内的所有热力系统提出碱洗和柠檬酸清洗方案。并详细介绍了本次化学清洗的过程,为同类型机组化学清洗工作提供有益的参考和借鉴。

In this paper,according to the characteristics of the thermal system of the tower type direct current boiler,combined with a new power plant 660 MW ultra supercritical tower boiler in Huaibei,on unit including the condensate water system,water supply system,low- temperature economizer,medium- temperature economizer,high- temperature economizer,water cooling wall,startup systems,superheater system,all of the thermal system,it puts forward the alkali washing and citric acid cleaning solution. The process of chemical cleaning is introduced in detail,which provide useful reference and reference for chemical cleaning of the same type units.
