摘要
采用失重法研究了在氢氟酸介质中木瓜提取物对碳钢的缓蚀性能,并采用电化学法确定缓蚀剂类型。失重法研究结果表明,该缓蚀剂用量为4%,温度40℃以下,氢氟酸的质量分数在6%以下时有较好的缓蚀效果,缓蚀率高达94%以上。电化学法试验结果表明,木瓜提取液为混合型缓蚀剂,对阳极和阴极过程都有抑制作用。
This paper researches the corrosion inhibition of pawpaw extrative on carbon steel in the hydrofluoric acid medium by weight- loss method,and the type of corrosion inhibitor was determined by delectrochemical method. It was shown by the results of weight- loss method that the inhibitor has an excellent corrosion inhibition on carbon steel when the quantity of the corrosion inhibitor is 4%,the temperature is below 40 ℃ and the mass fraction of hydrofluoric acid is under 6%. The corrosion inhibition efficiency of the inhibitor is greater than 94%. It was shown by the results of delectrochemical method that the pawpaw extrative is a kind of electrochemical mixed type inhibitor which can inhibit anode reaction and cathode reaction at the same time.
