大一新生入学专业思想教育是高校新生入学教育的一项重要组成部分,对新生尽快融入大学的学习生活,完成角色转换,解除新生对专业的困惑,培养对专业的兴趣和激发钻研专业的热情,强化专业意识,树立牢固的专业思想起到积极的促进作用。本文以药物制剂专业为研究对象,分析新生入学专业思想教育的作用和意义、内容设计、组织形式、实施效果。使大一新生了解药物制剂专业特色、课程设置、人才培养定位、就业前景等共同关心的问题,有更明确的学习目标。

The time of specialized ideological education when a freshman entering college, which is an important part of the college entrance education, brings about positive effect on these aspects as follows： help freshmen into college studying life as soon as possible, complete their transformation of role, solve their confusion to specialty, cultivate their interesting to specialty, stimulate their enthusiasm for specialty, strengthen their awareness of specialty, and establish the concept of specialty firmly. The article used ＂ Pharmaceutics＂ as the object for studying, analyzed the function and meaning of freshmen＇s specialized ideological education of entering college, content design, forms of organization and implementation effect. These measures above made freshmen know about some issues of common concern such as characteristic of Pharmaceutics, curriculum setting, talents cultivation orientation, career prospects, which make they have more clearly goals.
