医疗工作人员肩负救死扶伤和维护人民健康的重要使命。近年来,随着我国经济发展、医患关系紧张等因素影响,医疗工作者的信仰危机日益突出。本文主要讨论以社会主义核心价值观重塑医疗工作者的信仰教育,与中华民族传统美德相结合,共同维护医疗工作者崇高理想与职业道德的重要性。

Medical workers have to heal the wounded and rescue the dying, and maintain the important mission of the people＇s health. In recent years, with the economic development of our country and the doctor-patient relationship nervous factors, the medical work- ers belief crisis has been increasingly prominent. This article mainly discussed to reshape the medical workers＇ belief education of so- cialist core values, combined with the traditional virtues of the Chinese nation, in order to point out the importance of jointly main- taining medical workers＇ lofty ideals and professional ethics.
