苦参汤联合冰黄肤乐软膏治疗老年慢性肛周湿疹的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Modified Kushen Decoction combined with Binghuang Fule Ointment in the Treatment of Chronic Crissum Eczema of Elderly People

目的观察加减苦参汤联合冰黄肤乐软膏治疗老年慢性肛周湿疹的临床疗效。方法采用随机数字表法将80例老年慢性肛周湿疹的患者分为试验组和对照组,各40例。试验组采用加减苦参汤坐浴,后局部涂抹适量冰黄肤乐软膏,每天2次。对照组采用派瑞松软膏外擦,每天2次。疗程2周,观察2组疗效。结果 1.总有效率:试验组为90.0%,对照组为67.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2.症状及体征缓解时间:瘙痒:试验组为4.5天,对照组为7.9天;渗出:试验组为3.9天,对照组为5.8天;皮损面积:试验组为4.9天,对照组为6.9;差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。3.复发率:试验组为3.3%,对照组为27.8%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论加减苦参汤联合冰黄肤乐软膏治疗老年慢性肛周湿疹有效率高,症状及体缓解时间短,复发率低。

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of modified Kushen decoction combined with Binghuang Fule ointment in the treatment of chronic crissum eczema of elderly people. Methods 80 cases of elderly patients with chronic erissum eczema were randomly divided into trial group and control group, and every group had40 cases. The trial group used hip bath of modified Kushen decoction, then, used local daub appropriate Binghuang Fule ointment, twice per day. The control group was treated with pevisone externals, twice per day. Two weeks was one course of treatment. The curative effect of two groups was observed. Results The total effective rate of the trial group and the control group was 90.0% and 67.5%, respectively, and there was statistical significance （P〈0.05） . In the aspect of remission time of symptom and sign, the pruritus of the trial group was 4.5 days, the pruritus of the control group was 7.9 days, the exudates of the trial group was 3.9 days, the exudates of the control group was 5.8 days, the skin lesions of the trial group was 4.9 days, the skin lesions of＇the control group was 6.9 days, and there were statistical significances （P〈0.05） . The recurrence rate of the trial group was 3.3%, the recurrence rate of the control group was 27.8%, and there was statistical significanee （P〈0.05） . Conclusion The modified Kushen decoction and Binghuang Fule ointment in the treatment of chronic crissum eczema of elderly people has better curative effect, less remission time of symptom and sign and lower recurrence rate.
