温胆汤联合半夏白术天麻汤治疗高血压的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Wendan Decoction combined with Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction in the Treatment of Hypertension

目的探讨温胆汤与半夏白术天麻汤联合治疗高血压的临床效果,并对其治疗效果进行分析。方法从2015年1月—2016年1月,选取在我院就诊的74例高血压患者为研究对象,将其随机分为观察组(37例)和对照组(37例)2组,其中对照组采用西药硝苯地平缓释片进行治疗,观察组采用温胆汤与半夏白术天麻汤联合治疗,观察2组患者治疗效果,并了解患者的不良反应发生情况。结果对照组的总有效率为78.38%(29/37),观察组总有效率为97.30%(36/37),对照组的总有效率相比观察组低,具有统计学意义。温胆汤与半夏白术天麻汤联合治疗的临床效果更好。观察组患者出现胃肠道反应1例,嗜睡1例,对照组出现胃肠道反应4例,嗜睡2例,低钾血症2例。观察组采用温胆汤与半夏白术天麻汤联合治疗高血压患者无不良反应占比94.59%(35/37),显著高于对照组硝苯地平缓释片治疗的78.38%(29/37),均有统计学意义。结论温胆汤与半夏白术天麻汤联合治疗高血压患者的疗效好、不良反应发生率低。具有安全性高、临床效果好等特点,值得临床进一步广泛应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Wendan decoction combined with Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction in the treatment of hypertension. Methods From January 2015 to January 2016 in our hospital, 74 cases of hypertension patients were selected as the objects, and they were randomly divided into observation group （37 eases） and control group （37 cases） . Patients in the control group were treated with Western medicine of nifedipine sustained-release tablets. The observation group was treated with Wendan decoction and Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction. The curative effect and adverse reactions occur were observed. Results The total effective rate of the control group was 78.38% （29/37） which was lower than 97.30% （36/37） of the observation group, and the difference had statistical significance. Wendan decoction combined with Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction in the treatment of hypertension had better clinical effect. In the observation group, one case had gastrointestinal reactions, and one ease had drowsiness. In the control group, 4 cases had gastrointestinal reactions, 2 cases had drowsiness, and 2 cases had hypokalemia. Patients had no adverse reactions of the observation group was 94.59% （35/37） which was higher than 78.38% （29/37） of the control group, and the difference had statistical significance. Conclusion Wendan decoction combined with Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction in the treatment of hypertension had better curative effect and low rate of adverse reactions. It has the characteristics of high safety and good clinical effect, and is worthy of further clinical application.
