瓜蒌牛蒡汤治疗急性乳腺炎的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Gualou Niubang Decoction in the Treatment of Acute Mastitis

目的分析瓜蒌牛蒡汤加减在急性乳腺炎患者治疗中的疗效,为临床提供治疗意义。方法选取68名来自我院的急性乳腺炎患者,随机分为实验组和对照组,对照组使用基础西医治疗,实验组在基础西医治疗的基础上加入瓜蒌牛蒡汤加减的中医治疗,比较2组的疗效。结果实验组的有效率为97.1%,明显高于对照组79.4%,差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05。对照组平均住院天数为(13.6±4.3)天,明显高于实验组平均住院天数(8.5±2.2)天,差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论瓜蒌牛蒡汤加减在急性乳腺炎患者治疗中的疗效显著,值得推广。

Objective To analyze the curative effect of modified Gualou Niubang decoction in the treatment of acute mastitis, and to provide clinical treatment significance. Methods A total of 68 cases acute mastitis patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The control group used Western medicine foundation treatment. The experimental group was Gualou Ni- ubang decoction on the basis of the control group. The curative effect of the two groups was compared. Results The effective rate of the experimental group was 97.1% which was significantly higher than 79.4% of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant P〈0.05. In the control group, the average hospital stay was （13.6±4.3） days which was significantly higher than （8.5± 2.2） days of the experimental group, and the difference was statistically significant P〈0.05. Conclusion The modified Gualou Niubang deeoction in the treatment of acute mastitis has significantly curative effect, and is worthy of promotion.
