摘要
目的探讨一对一结合看图对话式健康教育在2型糖尿病患者中应用的效果。方法将80例2型糖尿病患者作为该次研究对象,以健康教育模式的不同将其分为观察组和对照组,每组40例,对照组给予常规治疗和健康教育,观察组在对照组的基础上采取一对一结合看图对话式健康教育模式,教育前及教育6个月后分别测量2组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖及糖化血红蛋白水平、腰围、腹围代谢指标,采用糖尿病自我管理行为量表(SDSCA)、生活满意度调查问卷,评估患者自我管理水平、生活满意度。采用一对一结合看图对话式健康教育后观察组患者空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白、腰围、腹围的代谢指标下降明显,自我管理总分、生活满意度评分均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过采用一对一结合看图对话式健康教育能提高2型糖尿病患者的自我管理能力,较好的改善患者血糖控制水平,提高生活质量,效果明显值得推广。
Objective To explore the application effect of one-to-one combined with figure-dialogue health education on type 2 diabetic patients. Methods A total of 80 eases type 2 diabetic patients were divided into the control group (n=40) and the experimental group (n=40) . The control group received routine treatment and health education. The experimental group received additionally one- to-one combined with figure-dialogue health education. Before and after 6 months education, fasting blood glucose, 2h postprandial blood glucose and glycated hemoglobin, waist circumference, abdominal circunfference metabolism of the two groups were measured. The diabetes self management behavior table SDSCA and life satisfaction questionnaire were used to assess patient's self management level and life satisfaction. After using figure dialogue type health education, fasting blood glucose, postprandial 2H plasma glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin, waist circumference and abdominal circumference metabolic index of the experimental group decreased sig- nificantly. The total score of serf-management and life satisfaction scores of the experimental group were siguificanfly higher than those of the control group, and the difference was significant (P〈0.05) . Conclusion The one-to-one combined with figure-dialogue health education can improve the ability of self management of the patients with type 2 diabetes, better improve blood glucose control level and the quality of life, and has obvious effect. It is worthy of further research.
