中医骨伤与西医骨科学发展的比较探究

Comparison Research on the Development of TCM Traumatology and Western Medicine Orthopedics

目的概括中医骨伤与西医骨科学的相似点和不同点。方法分别通过介绍相关中西医对于骨科的认识,调查分析,并从病理解释、诊断机制和一些的具体治疗方法等多个环节着手开展,对中西医进行较为全面的比较和分析。结果分别概括出了中西医骨科的各自的发展历史和发展的相关状况,阐述了中西医在骨科疾病研究方面所提出的相关理论方法并介绍了它们的特点。结论近几年来,随着对医疗重视程度的加大以及骨科的发展,中西医骨科的治疗理念越来越趋于同一性。

Objective To summarize the similarities and differences of TCM tranmatology and Western medicine orthopedics. Methods By introducing relevant for the understanding of TCM traumatology and Western medicine orthopedics, investigation and anal sis, and interpretation of pathology, diagnosis and specific treatment of some of the mechanisms of other links embarked on TCM and Western medicine, and they were comprehensively compared and analyzed. Results The history and development of related condi- tions of TCM traumatology and Western medicine orthopedics were summarized. The relevant theoretical approaches in the study of Chinese and Western medicine orthopedic diseases were raised, and their characteristics were described. Conclusion In recent years, with increased emphasis on health and the development of orthopedics, orthopedic treatment concept in Western medicine become more and more identity.
