活血化瘀法在中医内科临床中的应用体会 被引量:5

摘要 目的探析在中医内科临床中应用活血化瘀方式治疗的效果,以为其临床应用提供有效的数据参考。方法选取本院收治的200例患者为临床研究对象,均为2012年2月—2015年9月间本院收治的患者,采用抛掷硬币方式对200例患者进行随机分组,观察组100例,进行活血化瘀方式治疗,对照组100例,给予常规方案治疗,对比2组病人的临床治疗效果。研究中涉及的数据资料应用SPSS18.0统计学软件进行分析和处理。结果观察组的治疗有效率为75.0%,对照组为94.0%,观察组明显高于对照组,2组比较差异具有明显统计学意义,P<0.05。结论在中医内科临床治疗中应用活血化瘀方案能够有效治疗较多疾病,临床效果明显,有助于患者疾病的改善和恢复,值得临床重视和推广应用。 Objective To study the effect of promoting blood circulation for removing blood stasis in internal medicine clinical application of TCM, and to provide effective data reference for clinical application. Methods a total of 200 eases of patients admitted to our hospital for the clinical study, all patients were collected from the hospital between February 2012 and September 2015. 200 pa- tients were randomly divided into two groups by the toss of a coin way. 100 cases in the observation group used promoting blood cir- culation to remove blood stasis treatment. 100 cases in the control group were given conventional treatment. The clinical curative ef- fect of the two groups was compared. The data involved in the study were analyzed and processed using SPSS18.0 statistics software. Results The effective rate of the observation group was 75%, the effective rate of the control group was 94%, the effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant P 〈 0.05. Conclusion The application of promoting blood circulation for removing blood stasis in clinical treatment of TCM can cffeetively treat many diseases, and the clinical effect is obvious. It can help patientsto improve and restore the disease, and it is worthy of clinical attention and application.
