糖尿病足病因病机的中西医认识

糖尿病是一种代谢紊乱性疾病,其病程长,并发症多,病因病机复杂。随着糖尿病发病率越来越高,糖尿病足的患者越来越多,是糖尿病常见的严重慢性并发症,如治疗不当,将严重影响患者的生活质量,给患者带来痛苦,给家庭带来沉重的经济负担。但其病因病机复杂,目前仍未阐明,是多种因素共同作用的结果。本文将糖尿病足的中西医发病机制做一综述,为糖尿病足的中西医诊断及治疗提供可能的思路。

Diabetes is a metabolic disorder with long course and more complications, and its etiology and pathogenesis is complex. With lhe increasing incidence of diabetes, more and more patients suffer fi＇om diabetic fool which is a conmmon serious chronic complication of diabetes. Improper trealment brings not only physical and mental suffering to the patienls, but also heavy financial burden to social and lamily. However, the etiology and pathogenesis of diabetes has not yet been clear because il involves multiple factors and complex. ＂Fhis review is about the pathogenesis of diabetic fool in traditional Chinese and Western Medieine ways. and may provide ideas for diagnosis and treatment of diabetic foot.
