长春碱类抗肿瘤药物的研究进展 被引量:10

摘要 长春碱是从长春花中分离出的一种生物碱,对微管蛋白有很强的抑制作用和选择性,已经成为广泛知道的抗肿瘤药物;对长春碱类化合物的研究到目前为止一直是抗肿瘤药物的研究热点。本篇综述主要为3个部分:即长春碱类抗肿瘤药物的研究进展,根据不同的结构修饰位点的构效关系研究总结以及对长春碱进一步研究的展望。 Vinblastine, isolated from Catharanthus roseus, has been widely known as a prominent agent in cancer chemotherapy. Their biological properties were among the first to be shown to arise from inhibition of microtubule formation and mitosis that today is still regarded as one of the most successful drug targets for the treatment of cancer. This review is mainly three parts: the research progress of vinblastine antitumor drugs, structure-activity relationship of summary, the prospect of next step research.
