摘要 顺铂是一种高效、广谱的抗肿瘤药物,但其临床应用受到耳毒性、肾毒性、肝毒性等不良反应限制,其中耳毒性和肾毒性已进入动物和临床研究阶段,但肝毒性尚未引起足够重视。因此,本文概述近年来国内外顺铂肝毒性机制的最新研究现状,为确立临床有效防护措施提供参考。 Cisplatin is a prominent member of effective broad-spectrum antitumor drugs. However, its clinical usage is restricted due to some adverse effects, such as ototoxicitity, nephrotoxicity and hepatotoxicity. The cisplatin-induced ototoxicity and nephrotoxicity have been well studied in both clinical and animal researches, but hepatotoxicity has gained little attention. This article summarizes the latest research on the mechanisms of cisplatin-induced hepatotoxicity, and provides reference for the future effective prevention.
