摘要
临床药师通过文献复习,结合药品不良反应的关联性评价原则、患者的临床表现、药物皮肤反应的特点及药物说明书,对1例经皮冠状动脉介入治疗术后出现药疹患者进行致敏药物的排查,最终确定药疹为造影剂迟发反应可能性大。为药品不良反应的鉴别提供思路与方法。
With the method of literature review, combining with the evaluation principle of adverse drug reactions, clinical manifestation, the characteristic of drug eruptions and the drug instructions, clinical pharmacist explained the allergy to contrast media in a case after percutaneous coronary intervention.
