Objective To explore the environmental influence factors of adolescents with obsessive compulsive disorder and corresponding treatment. Methods 52 adolescents with obsessive compulsive disorder were taken as the patients group, and another 50 normal ones as the control group. Both two groups were evaluated and compared with family environment scale(FES),adolescents self-rating life events checklist(ASLEC),perceived social support scale(PSSS)and trait coping style questionnaire(TCSQ). Results The scores of intimacy, expression of emption, recreation and self-control ability in the patients group were all lower than those in the control group, except only the score of contradiction higher than that in the control group, and all the differences showed statistical significancebetween the two groups(P〈0.05). Scores of interpersonal relationship, pressure from study, reactiveness to punishment, health,as well as the total score in the patients group were all shown to be higher than those in the control group, and the difference between the two groups was recorded to be statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion Obsessive-compulsive disorder in adolescents is closely related with the family environment, learning and interpersonal environment. Positive responses to such factors will prevent obsessive compulsive disorder, which includes optimizing the environment where adolescents grow and fostering their capability to respond to problems more actively, thus promote the healthy growth of adolescents.
