功能性消化不良患者精神因素与胃功能的关系

The relativity between mental factors and gastric function in patients with functional dyspepsia

目的研究功能性消化不良患者精神因素与胃功能的相关性。方法选取2012年12月~2015年11月期间我收治的100例功能性消化不良（FD）患者作为研究对象,选取同一时期的100例健康人作为对照组,比较两组的Zung焦虑自评量表（SAS）、Zung抑郁自评量表（SDS）评分和胃排空时间。FD患者随机分为A组（对症治疗）和B组（对症治疗＋黛力新）,比较两组患者治疗前后的的SAS、SDS评分、症状评分和胃排空时间。对FD患者的SAS、SDS与症状评分、胃排空时间进行相关性分析。结果 FD患者的SAS评分、SDS评分、胃排空时间、与对照组相比差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。A、B两组FD患者的SAS及SDS与症状评分及胃排空时间的相关性具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 FD患者的精神因素与胃功能具有明显的相关性。

Objective To study the relativity of mental factors to gastric function in patients with functional dyspepsia（FD）. Methods From December 2012 to November 2015,100 patients with FD were chosen as study objects,100 healthy people were chosen as control group. The SAS,SDS and gastric emptying time were compared between study group and control group. All the FD patients were divided into 2 groups randomly ： group A（symptomatic treatment）and group B（symptomatic treatment＋Deanxit）. The SAS,SDS,symptom score and gastric emptying time were compared between group A and group B. The relativity of SAS and SDS to symptom score and gastric emptying time was analyzed. ResultsThe SAS score,SDS score and gastric emptying time of FD patients were significant different from that in control group（P〈0.05）. SAS,SDS demonstrated significant relativity to symptom score and gastric emptying time（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The mental factors of FD patients demonstrate significant relativity to gastric function.
