心理护理对骨折切开复位内固定术患者的临床疗效

Clinical effect of psychological nursing on patients with open reduction and internal fixation after fracture

目的探讨心理护理在骨折切开复位内固定术围术期的临床效果。方法收集我院2012年1月~2015年1月接收的90例骨折后行切开复位内固定术的患者。按照随机数字表格法,将上述患者均分为两组：对照组和研究组。对照组采用常规护理措施,研究组在常规护理基础上加强心理护理,采用焦虑自评量表（SAS）和抑郁自评量表（SDS）对比评估两组患者护理后的焦虑抑郁情绪状况、护理满意度量表及生活质量量表。结果护理后,两组患者的SAS、SDS结果较护理前均有明显改善,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;且研究组患者在焦虑抑郁情绪的评估、护理满意度及术后生活质量几个方面均优于对照组,且差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论在常规护理的基础上合并心理护理,在骨折行切开复位内固定术的患者中可以更好的缓解其不良情绪反应,提高患者对护理工作的满意度和术后生活质量,因此值得进一步推广及应用。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of psychological nursing on patients with open reduction and internal fixation after fracture. Methods 90 cases of patients with open reduction and internal fixation after fracture were selected in our hospital from January 2012 to January 2015 for this research. According to random number table method,all the patients in the study were divided into two groups ：the control group and the research group averagely. The control group were received the routine nursing,while the research group were given psychological nursing besides the routine nursing. Before and after nursing intervention,SAS,SDS,of the two groups were evaluated and compared. Also,Nursing satisfaction scale and Quality of life scale were evaluated and compared between the two groups after nursing care. Results After nursing intervention,the scores of SAS,SDS were were better in the both two groups compared with before nursing care,all the differences had statistical significances（P〈 0.05）. While after nursing,the results of SAS,SDS,Nursing satisfaction scale and Quality of life scale of the research group were much better compared with the control group,all the differences had statistical significances（P〈 0.05）. Conclusion The psychological nursing on the basis of the routine nursing can be more effective to improve the depression and anxiety mood of the patients with open reduction and internal fixation after fracture. Also,it’s better to improve the patients’ quality of life and satisfaction with their nursing intervention.Thus,it is worthy of popularization and application in clinical nursing work.
