Expressway Full-process Construction Cost Control

文章借鉴现有的工程造价控制研究成果,结合国内工程造价管理现状,分析了高速公路工程造价管理存在的问题和原因,并分别从投资决策、勘察设计、施工和竣工决算四个阶段研究了工程造价的控制方法。

By referring to existing project cost control research achievements, and combined with do- mestic engineering cost management situation, this article analyzed the problems and reasons in ex- pressway project cost management,and studied the project cost control method from four stages of in- vestment decision,survey and design,construction and completion settlement.
