D-半乳糖对小鼠免疫功能的影响 被引量:6

摘要 为了研究D-半乳糖(D-gal)对小鼠免疫功能的影响,拟采用连续45 d在小鼠颈背部皮下注射D-gal(125 mg/kg),检测小鼠行为学变化,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)等抗氧化酶活力变化,免疫蛋白与免疫因子的合成、分泌功能的变化等研究D-gal对小鼠免疫功能的影响。结果表明:D-gal能使小鼠记忆力降低,反应迟钝、行动迟缓,血清SOD等抗氧化酶活力和白细胞介素-2(IL-2)、免疫蛋白含量降低,丙二醛(MDA)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)含量升高。说明D-gal能降低小鼠免疫能力,加速机体免疫衰老。
