摘要
依托100 MN油压机项目,对自由锻造液压机工作中影响锻件尺寸精度的各种因素进行分析和量化,依据量化结果得出机架在工作时的变形量是影响的锻件尺寸精度最主要因素的结论。在"整机架"基础上推导了整机的刚度方程,并利用ANSYS软件平台对整个机架进行有限元模拟,证明整机刚度方程的准确性。通过整机机架刚度方程的耦合归纳,为锻件尺寸补偿系统建立起数学模型,同时为后续锻件尺寸的精确控制奠定了理论基础。
For a 100 MN oil press project, various factors that affect the dimensional accuracy of forgings made with open-die hydraulic press have been analyzed and quantified. It was concluded the distortion of press frames during forging operation is a primary factor that affects the dimension of forgings. Stiffness equations for " complete frame" have been derived and proved by finite-element analysis to the complete frames with ANSYS software. The mathematical model of forging dimension compensation was built on the basis of the coupling of the stiffness equations, and paved theoretical principle for future accurate control to forging dimensions.
