摘要
采用离线的感应加热式热处理方法,对复合板的不锈钢侧进行固溶热处理,然后,对基层碳钢的热影响区进行分析。结果表明,随着热输入量的增加,基层碳钢热影响区宽度也在增加;热影响区由表面淬火区和两相区组成,组织类型由M+B逐渐向F+M+B+P转变。从剪切试验结果可知,在试验感应参数条件下,经过感应热处理的复合板仍能保持良好的剪切性能,说明对不锈钢复合板进行感应加热热处理是可行的。
A clad plate was solution-treated by the means of off-line induction heating. After that, the heat affected zone on the carbon steel substrate was tested. The test result shows the heat affected zone becomes wider with the increase of heat input and the microstructure of the heat affected zone that is composed of surface quenching area and intercritical area transforms gradually from type M+B to type F+M+B+P. The shear test result reveals under the test condition, the inductionheated clad plate maintains good shear properties. All of the tests prove that induction heating to stainless steel clad plates is feasible.
