管氏《伤科学讲义》中药炮制理论研究

《伤科学讲义》为民国骨伤名医管季耀所著的一部优秀的伤科学著作,该书体现了管氏诊治伤科的学术理念和用药特点,其中多处涉及到药物炮制对药性的影响。纵观全书,炒法多次出现,酒、姜、醋作为辅料出现频率十分高,童便也是本书记录的常用辅料。现就此书研究管氏伤科药物炮制特点并作阐述。

Guan＇s Teaching Materials of Orthopedics and Traumatology are excellent works of orthopedics and traumatology which were written by GUAN Ji-yao,a physician in Orthopedics department in the Republic of China. These works embody Guan＇ s academic theory and characteristics of drug application in orthopedics and traumatology,and they often involve the influence on herbal property by processing of drugs. Fried appears frequently with wine,ginger,vinegar and urine of boys under twelve also by high frequency in the books as auxiliary materials. Now I will research the characteristics of Guan＇s processing of drugs in orthopedics and traumatology to expound my views.
