Academic journals play an important role in science and technology dissemination and achievement transformation.Some problems exist at present： the relation between theme planning of academic journals and research achievements is not close, the relation between scientific research and enterprises is not cohesive and the propagation has time lag, orientation of science and technology journals is inaccurate, information communication is impeded and conversion rate of scientific research achievement in journals is low, etc. Therefore, we should improve theme planning, strategy and implementation plan, journal orientation, and the conversion rate.
