Making Positive Suggestions on Promoting the Rule of Law——Status Analysis and Suggestions on Rule of Law in Grassroots

中共十八届四中全会研究并作出了全面推进依法治国若干重大问题的决定。民主党派基层组织,为更好地发挥参政党的作用,对于中国共产党提出的依法治国方略,应当认真地开展调查研究,反映社情民意,积极建言献策。尤其从当前基层法治现状入手,分析所存在的问题,以民主监督和协作配合两个方面来推动依法治国的贯彻落实。

The Fourth Plenary Session of Eighteenth Central Committee made the decision on a number of important is- sues of comprehensively promoting rule of law. The grassroots organizations of democratic parties, in order to better play the role of participating parties, should seriously carry out the investigation on the strategy, reflect public sentiment and make positive suggestions. In particular, it should analyze the problems from the current status and pro- mote implementation of the rule of law by democratic supervision and coordination and cooperation.
