针灸治疗功能性消化不良伴情绪障碍疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Acupuncture and Moxibustion for Functional Dyspepsia with Emotional Disorder

目的:探讨针灸治疗功能性消化不良(FD)伴情绪障碍患者的临床疗效。方法:将90例FD伴情绪障碍患者按数字随机表法分为两组,每组45例,对照组给予潘立酮片、氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片口服治疗,研究组在对照组治疗基础上给予针灸治疗,比较两组治疗前后消化不良症状积分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分、焦虑自评量表(SAS),并比较两组治疗总有效率,疗程结束后对两组随访6个月,比较6个月内两组FD到医院复诊例数和次数。结果:治疗后两组主要症状评分、SDS评分、SAS评分均显著下降(P<0.01),研究组均低于对照组(P<0.01);研究组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组复诊率和平均复诊次数均低于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01),差异有统计学意义。结论:针灸治疗FD伴情绪障碍可有效缓解症状,改善焦虑、抑郁状态,疗效显著,有临床推广应用价值。

Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of acupuncture for functional dyspepsia（ FD） with emotional disorder. Methods： 90 patients of FD with emotional disorder were randomly divided into two groups according to the number table method,with 45 cases in each group. The control group was given Panli Ketone tablets,Flupentixol and Melitracen tablets. The experiment group was treated by acupuncture and moxibustion based on the therapy in the control group. Indigestion symptom integral,depression self rating scale（ SDS）score,self- evaluation of anxiety scale（ SAS） of two groups before and after treatment were compared,and the total effective rate after treatment was compared. All the patients in two groups were followed up for 6 months,and the times and the cases of returning visit to the hospital within 6 months of the patients with FD were compared. Results： The main symptom scores,SDS scores and SAS scores were significantly decreased in two groups after treatment（ P 0. 01）. The experiment group was lower than the control group（ P 0. 01）; the total effective rate of the experiment group was higher than that of the control group（ P 0. 05）; the returning rate and the average times of returning visit were lower than those of the control group（ P 0. 05 or P 0. 01）,and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion： Acupuncture and moxibustion for FD with emotional disorder can effectively relieve symptoms,improve the state of anxiety and depression. The curative effect is distinct,so it has a clinical application value.
