三联疗法治疗神经性耳鸣疗效观察

Therapeutic Observation of Triple Therapy for Neurogenic Tinnitus Disorder

目的:观察电针、穴位注射配合超短波治疗神经性耳鸣的临床疗效。方法:将110例神经性耳鸣患者按数字表法随机分为两组,治疗组55例(76耳)和对照组55例(76耳)。治疗组采用电针、穴位注射配合超短波治疗,对照组采用药物治疗,两组在治疗3个疗程后由专人采用SPSS17.0统计软件进行疗效评定。结果:治疗组76耳中,痊愈31耳,显效21耳,有效22耳,总有效率为97.4%,对照组76耳中,痊愈17耳,显效20耳,有效23耳,总有效率为78.9%。治疗组总有效率明显优于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组耳鸣的发生环境、对睡眠的影响、持续时间、对生活和工作的影响、对情绪的影响、患者主观感觉等主要症状改善情况优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:电针、穴位注射配合超短波治疗神经性耳鸣疗效显著,无不良反应,疗效明显优于药物治疗,值得临床推广应用。

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of electric acupuncture and acupoint injection plus ultrashort wave on neurogenic tinnitus disorder. Methods： 110 patients with neurogenic tinnitus were randomized into a treatment group of 55 cases（ 76 ears） and a control group of 55 cases（ 76 ears） by digital table method. The treatment group was intervented by electric acupuncture and auricular application plus ultrashort wave pressure,while the control group was treated by medication. The therapeutic efficacy was evaluated after 3 treatment courses by SPSS17. 0 statistical software. Results： In the 76 ears of the treatment group,31 ears were healed; 21 ears were slightly effective; 22 ears were markedly effective. The total effective rate was 97. 4% in the treatment group. In the 76 ears of the control group,17 ears were healed; 20 ears were slightly effective; 23 ears were markedly effective. The total effective rate was 78. 9%. The therapeutic efficacy of the treatment group was significantly superior to that of the control group. Conclusion： The main symptom improvements such as the occurrence environment,efficacy on sleep,duration,the influence on life and work,the impact on the mood,as well as the patients＇ subjective feelings were superior to those of the control group（ P 0. 05）. It can be seen that the effect of ultrashort wave and electric acupuncture plus acupoint injection for the treatment of neurogenic tinnitus curative is remarkable,which is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
