刮痧配合放痧治疗湿热蕴结型痤疮的疗效观察

Effect of Scraping Combined with Bleeding Therapy on Acne with Damp and Heat Type

目的:观察刮痧配合放痧治疗湿热蕴结型痤疮的临床疗效。方法:将60例符合诊断标准的湿热蕴结型痤疮患者随机分为刮痧放痧组和针刺拔罐组各30例,刮痧放痧组予刮痧配合放痧治疗,针刺拔罐组予常规针刺结合拔罐治疗。每周治疗2次,共治疗10次。观察并比较两组治疗后痤疮皮损积分变化、总体临床疗效以及治疗后3个月的复发率。结果:两组治疗后痤疮皮损积分与同组治疗前比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.01);两组间治疗后痤疮皮损积分比较,差异也有统计学意义(P<0.01);刮痧放痧组总有效率90%、针刺拔罐组63.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);刮痧放痧组3个月的复发率11.76%,针刺拔罐组42.86%,刮痧放痧组复发率低于针刺拔罐组。结论:刮痧配合放痧治疗湿热蕴结型痤疮患者在改善痤疮皮损、近期临床疗效以及3个月的远期疗效方面均优于常规针刺拔罐治疗。

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of scraping combined with bleeding therapy on damp and heat type acne. Methods： Sixty cases with damp and heat type acne were randomly divided into a scraping group（ n = 30） and an acupuncture group（ n = 30）. The scraping group was given scraping combined with bleeding therapy and the acupuncture group was given acupuncture combined with cupping therapy. The treatment was given twice a week with totally 10 treatments. Observe and compare two groups after the treatment according to acne skin lesion score changes,the overall clinical effect and recurrence rate of 3 months after treatment.Results： The acne skin lesion scores after treatment were compared with those before treatment,and the differences were all statistically significant（ all P 0. 01）. Compared between two groups after the treatment,the difference was statistically significant（ P 0. 01）. The effective rate was 90% in the scraping group and63. 33% in the acupuncture group（ P 0. 05）,and the recurrence rate of 3 months was 11. 76% in the scraping group and 42. 86% in the acupuncture group. The recurrence rate of scraping group was lower than that of the acupuncture group. Conclusion： Scraping combined with bleeding therapy for damp and heat type acne is superior to routine acupuncture combined with cupping therapy according to improving acne skin lesion,lately clinical effects and 3 months long term curative effects.
