赵氏雷火灸治疗中手法操作的量学要素研究

Study on Content Elements of Manipulation of Zhao's Thunder Fire Moxibustion

赵氏雷火灸是雷火神针改良的新型灸法,有特制的灸盒摆阵法及独特的手法操作,为方便临床选择,本研究综述了雷火灸手法操作过程中,火头距离皮肤的距离、灸治时间、皮肤反应、患者主观感受等量学要素与疗效的关系,希望能帮助临床医生更好的使用赵氏雷火灸疗法。

Zhao＇s Thunder Fire moxibustion is a new kind of moxibustions and is modified by Thunder Fire moxibustion. There are special moxibustion box tactics and unique manipulation. To facilitate the clinical choice,in this paper,we summarize the relationship between manipulation content elements and the efficacy,such as the distance of the flame from the skin,moxibustion time,skin reaction,the patients＇ subjective feeling and so on. We hope it can help clinicians to use Zhao＇s Thunder Fire moxibustion better.
