新媒体时代,形形色色的非对称信息降低了大学生理性精神,网络空间监管不力诱发大学生罪案频发,众多的社会乱象导致大学生对社会主义法治缺乏足够的信心。在此背景下,高校应从营造开放、民主与法治的校园文化入手,为大学生法治信仰培育提供现实依据,同时重视利用新媒体技术,改善法治教育模式,强化网络舆论引导与监管等,分别为法治信仰培育提供技术支持、教育支撑、环境保障等,从而帮助大学生树立社会主义法治信仰。

In the new media era, college students＇ rationality is reduced by various asymmetric information, while the deficiency of network supervision and administration induces college students＇ criminal cases, which means social turmoil issues make college students lose their faith in law. Under the current situation, colleges and universities should provide the basis for the cultivation of students＇ conviction of ruling by law, pay attention to the application of new media, improve the pattern of legal education, and strengthen the network supervision and administration, so as to offer support for cultivating students＇ conviction of ruling by law.
