目前大学生创业的限制性条件已经基本消除,但支持性、保障性制度仍不完善,法律依据不足带来的问题非常明显,已经无法适应大学生创业就业的新情况、新需求。因此,亟待从专门性立法及配套法律制度的完善上为大学生创业创造一个良好的法律环境,以保障大学生的创业权益,提高大学生创业的竞争力。

The restrictive conditions of the university students＇ innovative undertaking has been basically eliminated, but the system of support and protection is still not perfect, and the problems caused by the lack of legal basis are very obvious, which is unable to adapt to the new situation and new requirements of college students＇ employment and entrepreneurship. Therefore, it is urgent to create a good legal environment for the college students＇ entrepreneurship, so as to protect the rights and interests of college students, and enhance the competitiveness of entrepreneurship.
