《妇人规》崩漏治法及方药浅析

Therapy and Prescription of Uterine Bleeding of Fu Ren Gui

目的:归纳《景岳全书·妇人规》中崩漏的治法及方药运用特点。方法:对《妇人规·崩淋经漏不止》中治崩漏大法进行归纳分析,并运用统计学方法对其中所用方剂及药物进行归纳。结果:张景岳治疗崩漏以阴阳为纲,所列41首方剂中《新方八阵》与《古方八阵》各15首,以补阵最多,热阵、固阵、寒阵次之,《妇人规古方》共载方11首,多为清热止血方。前12味高频药物中,以补气药运用最多,补血、清热药次之,药物以温热药为主,亦有寒凉之品。结论:张景岳治疗崩漏重视审症求因,明辨阴阳,善于补气血以固冲止血及清热固冲止血。

Objective：To induce therapy and prescription characteristics of uterine bleeding in Fu Ren Gui in complete Works of Jingyue.Methods：To conclude and analyze the treatment of uterine bleeding in Fu Ren Gui metrorrhagia and metrostaxis.And induce the prescriptions and herbs by statistical methods.Results：Zhang Jingyue regard yin and yang as the treatment of uterine bleeding.All the 41 prescriptions including the 15 new eight array and 15 ancient eight array.Most of the prescriptions are tonic.Followed by them are Interior-warming,astringent and cold prescriptions.There are 11 prescriptions in ancient prescriptions of Fu Ren Gui,most of them are clearing away heat to stop bleeding.Most of the high frequency herbs which in top 12 Chinese medicinal herbs are qi-invigorating Herbs.Followed by them are stanching in Chinese herbs and clearing heat herbs.Herbs are mainly warm-heat natural herbs,meanwhile there are also cool-cold natural herbs in it.Conclusion：In the treatment of uterine bleeding,Zhang Jingyue think highly of determination of etiologic factors based on differentiation and pay attention to distinguishing between yin and yang.He is also good at reinforcing Qi and blood and clearing heat in order to stop the bleeding.
