The Whole-Process Standardization Management on Communication Project of Local Power Supply Company

面对现有电力通信项目管理缺乏规范性和系统性的不足,文章对电力通信项目管理现状进行了深入剖析,按照"寻突破、固根基、强管控、可持续"的工作思路,建立了电力通信项目全过程规范化管理总体框架。通过强化立项前期调研、完善项目管理制度标准,建立项目进度管理常态机制、规范项目管理流程、过程资料及时归档等手段实现通信项目全过程规范化管理。实践证明,项目各指标显著提升,为电力通信项目的精益化、规范化和系统化管理提供了借鉴和参考。

Abstract： Aiming at the lack of standardization and systematization in electric power communication project management, the management status on electric power communication project was deeply analyzed in the paper. According to the idea of ＂seeking breakthrough, firming foundation, strengthening management and control, and sustaining development ＂, the framework of the whole-process standardization management on communication project was established. The whole-process standardization management on communication project was realized on the method of strengthening preliminary investigation in project research phase,improving project management regulations and standards,establishing routine mechanism of process control management, standardizing project management procedure and timely archiving process document. The various indicators were improved significantly in practical application, which proved the proposed method could be a good reference for lean, standardization and systematization management on electric power communication project.
