摘要
采用问卷调查法、访谈法对236名学前教育本科生进行就业意向调查。结果显示,学前教育本科生对专业的关注为中等程度关注,就业形势以积极就业为主,就业地区以家乡为主,薪酬待遇在影响择业的主、客观因素中所占比重不同,对于薪酬的接受值有明显差别;学校、年级、家庭因素在一定程度上影响本科生的就业意向并有显著性差异。
The paper mainly surveyed the employment intention of pre-school undergraduates by using the method of questionnaire and interview. The results showed that preschool education undergraduate students focus on professional for moderate attention. The employment situation is mainly in the active employment and employment area is given priority to their hometown. Salary is in proportion of different levels in subjective and objective factors which affect employment. To accept the values is significantly different. Data analysis showed that school, grades, family factors to some extent affect the employment intentions of undergraduates and showed a significant difference.
