连采技术在镇城底矿的可行性研究

摘要 镇城底矿受地质构造影响,布置巷道时很多不规则块段无法回采,通过对各采区不规则块段进行评价,得出适合采用连续采煤机短壁开采技术。从巷道掘进和煤柱回采两个阶段对连采技术进行分析,包括:巷道掘进工艺、采硐回采工艺、煤柱的留设、巷道断面的确定、支护及通风方式等。研究表明,采用连采工艺回收边角煤,经济效益显著。 Zhenchengdi coal mine is affected by geological structure,many irregular segments can't mine at arranging the roadway. It obtains that the irregular segments of mining areas are suitable for the continuous miner short wall mining technology by estimating. Continuous mechanized coal mining technology is analyzed from two stages of roadway advancing and coal pillar mining,includes roadway advancing technology,underground mining technology,unexploited coal pillars,determination of roadway cross section,the way of supporting and ventilation and so on.Studies show that adopts continuous mechanized coal mining technology to recycle corner coal,the economic benefit is remarkable.
