李雅庄矿复合顶板巷道锚索破断原因分析

摘要 李雅庄矿6122巷为复合顶板巷道,在掘进过程中出现了大面积的锚索破断现象,针对该情况进行了锚索力学性能测试、巷道顶板岩层窥视,同时结合巷道支护情况,最终确定该巷道锚索破断的原因为:锚索力学性能不稳定,部分锚索力学性能指标不符合行业标准要求;巷道顶板2.0 m位置有一处明显的离层,而顶锚杆长度为2 m,导致锚索在该位置受拉伸和剪切复合应力影响易破断。把锚杆长度改为2.4 m后,没有出现锚索破断现象,巷道支护效果有了明显改善。 The phenomenon of a large area of anchor cable breakage in advancing is appeared on Liyazhuang coal mine 6122 compound roof roadway. In view of the situation,anchor rope mechanics performance testing,roadway roof strata peek is carried out. At the same time combines the condition of roadway support,eventually determines the reason of roadway anchor cable breakage. The anchor cable mechanical performance is instability,some of the indexes do not conform to the requirements of the industry standard. The position of roadway roof 2. 0 m has a obvious abscission layer,but the roof bolt length is 2 m. It leads to anchor easy to fracture in the location influenced by tensile and shear stress. After changing the anchor length to 2. 4 m,the phenomenon of anchor cable breakage does not appear.Roadway supporting effect has a improved significantly.
