摘要
在分析链条预张力和运行中张力关系的基础上,探讨了刮板输送机两种链条张紧方式的工作原理、适用范围及实际应用中存在的问题,并提出了改进建议。对于中小型刮板输送机,链条预张力大小对链条负载运行性能影响不显著,一般对链条进行直接张紧;对于重型刮板输送机,由于铺设长度和输送能力的提高导致链条预张力对链条负载运行特性影响加剧,应采用自动张紧系统对链条进行实时张紧。
Based on analysis of the relationship between the chain pretension and the tension in operation,discusses the working principle,suitable range and the problems in practical application of two chain tensioning methods in scraper conveyor. Puts forward the suggestions for improvement. The chain is usually tensioned in directly for small and medium size scraper conveyor,as the size of chain tension is not significant to the performance of chain load operation. For heavy duty scraper conveyor,the chain should be tensioned by automatic tensioning system with real time tension,because the influence of chain tension on the performance of chain load is aggravated with the increase of laying length and ability of the transmission.
