众包思想在图书馆领域的应用由于受到传统业务流程的限制而发展缓慢,通过对业务流程再造,引入众包思想,提高了服务质量和服务效率,降低了服务成本,带来了服务流程主体和服务方式的根本变化。在开源软件的基础上进行二次开发,使得基于图书馆业务流程再造的众包模式得以实现和推广。

Due to the limitation of the traditional business process, erowdsourcing model developed slowly in the library field. By changing the process and introducing the erowdsourcing model, the library can offer better service, reduce the cost. On the basis of open source software for the second development, it makes the crowdsourcing model of library service process achieved and promoted.
