Politics of risk: Revaluation,process and institutional reconstruction

风险政治学的建构意味着对现有政治活动和政治现象的重新审视和重新改造。风险政治不同于现有"正面价值——利益权威性分配过程"中所形成的政治体系和政治框架,风险政治对"负面价值——风险的权威型分配过程"的探讨与考察,也就意味着对现有政治体系中的政治价值进行重构,政治过程进行再造和政治制度进行重建,从而在部分继承的基础上,生成一个完全不同利益政治体系的全新政治体系——风险政治体系。

The construction of the politics of risk means the reexamination and reconstruction of the existing political activities and phenomena. Unlike the political system and political framework which are shaped in the＂process of the positive value- benefit authoritative allocation＂,the politics of risk explores and evaluates the＂process of negative value- risk authoritative allocation＂,which means to reassess the political value in the existing political system,and reconstruct the political process and the political system. Thus,based on partial inheritance,the politics of risk,which is a brand- new political system and completely different from the benefit-based political system,has emerged.
