摘要
教师是影响教学质量的重要因素,加强教师队伍建设是提高民族地区教学水平、促进城乡教育协调发展的重要前提。民族地区乡村教师除了完成教学任务之外,还要面对诸如行政、科研、社会工作等繁重的非教学任务。在实地田野调查的基础上,从民族地区乡村教师的工作困境入手,应该多渠道增加、调整教师数量,加强教师构成的多族群化,实施小学教育去行政化等方法,以期促进民族地区乡村教师队伍的健康发展。
Teachers are a key factor for guaranteeing teaching quality,and the training for qualified teachers is the precondition for improving the quality of education and promoting the coordinated development of the urban- rural education. Teachers in ethnic rural areas have to finish not only their teaching tasks,but also such work as administration,academic research,and some other social work.Based on the relevant field work,this paper studies the difficult work situations of the rural teachers in ethnic minority areas and proposes such measures for their healthy development as more channels for more qualified teachers from different areas and different ethnic groups as well as the development of primary education with a non- government color.
