摘要
基于新疆南疆地区的调查数据,从个人禀赋和家庭特征两个层面选取变量,利用Logit模型对南疆地区维吾尔族女性劳动力转移就业的影响因素进行实证分析。结果显示,维吾尔族女性劳动力接受高中教育的转移就业几率比初中教育高9.03倍,接受小学及以下和大专及以上教育的对其外出务工有负影响但显著性不明显;汉语能力、年龄对转移就业有显著影响,汉语水平高、年龄越小转移就业几率越高;婚姻、务工技能影响不显著;家庭支持具有显著影响,与家庭不支持的外出务工概率之比达到6.9倍;家庭收入低、居住地离城镇近的转移就业的几率较高。
Based on the survey data in southern Xinjiang and the Logit model,this paper uses the variables from personal endowments and family characteristics to give an empirical analysis of the factors influencing the transfer of the Uighur female employees in southern Xinjiang. The results have showed that the ratio of transfer employment between those with a high- school education and those with only a secondary education is 1: 9. 03,and those with a primary and tertiary or higher education have a negative impact on their employment though not significantly. Their Chinese language proficiency and age have a significant impact on their transfer employment,and those with a higher level of Chinese language proficiency or at a younger age have a better chance of transfer employment; marriage and work skills are not significant factors; family support has a significant impact,and the ratio of transfer employment between those with their family support and those without their family support is 1: 6. 9; those with a low family income or in the suburbs have a higher probability of transfer employment.
