近年来,随着经济社会的发展,城乡结构的变化,尤其是城市流动人口的膨胀,农村留守儿童的增加,信息传播渠道的多样化和各种思潮的泛滥,极大地影响着青少年思想的成长和行为表达方式的变化,多种因素作用下,我国青少年犯罪呈现新一轮的高发态势,也呈现出一些新的特点。通过对当下青少年犯罪现象、成因和特点的剖析,做好预防青少年犯罪工作是解决问题的关键,为此:应该重视亲职教育,充分发挥家庭教育的功能;尊重和关爱学生,发挥学校教育的中坚力量;多方协作,营造健康良好的社会环境。

In recent years,along with the development of society and economy,the change of the urban and rural structure,especially the expansion of the urban floating population,the increase of rural left- behind children,the diversity of channels of information dissemination and the proliferation of various thoughts,greatly affects the growth of the youth and behavioral expression changes,under the action of multiple factors,high rates of juvenile delinquency in our country present a new situation. Analysing of the juvenile crime phenomenon,reason and characteristic is key is to solve the problem of juvenile delinquency. Therefore,We should give fully function of family education through attach the great importance to parent education; We should respect and care for students to give fully function of the backbone of school education; We must create a favorable environment through multiple cooperation.
