Practice and Experience of Military and Civilian Co-construction Hospital for Military Service

目的探讨军民共建医院为当地驻军服务的方法及成效。方法以135家与作者医院进行军民共建的医院为例,建立"常长机制",提高为军服务的整体医疗水平;利用作者医院的远程医疗,实施监督管理。结果方便了基层官兵就诊,加深了军地之间的友谊,培养了为部队服务的地方医疗队伍,建立了军地医院联合救治模式。结论军民共建医院为军服务,符合军民深度融合的要求,产生了多赢的格局。

Objective To explore the method and effectiveness of the service for the local garrison of the military and civilian co-construction hospital. Methods One hundred and thirty-five military and civilian co-constructed hospitals were taken as the example. The ＂ constant and consistent mechanism＂ was established to improve the whole medical level. The telemedicine was implemented for supervision and administration. Results The visits of the grassroots officers and soldiers were facilitated,the friendship between the military and grassroots was deepened,the civilian medical team for the service of the army was trained,and a combined treatment mode of military and civilian hospital was established. Conclusion The military service of military and civilian co-construction hospital is in line with the in-depth integration of military and civilian requirements and results in a win-win situation.
